Bassem Emad is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Aspire Training Solutions as well as the President of Emergenetics International – Egypt.

Aspire is a leading training and consulting firm that has empowered hundreds of corporates, community-based organizations and youth in various communities.

In 1997, Bassem got his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University. And in 2005, Bassem got his diploma of Train the Trainer from the University of Cambridge.

Since 2005, Bassem spends three months annually in South Africa leading an International Leadership School aimed at helping global leaders to discover their leadership potential and bring about wholistic transformation for new generations of leaders in their nations.

After spending a number of years in a leading role in foreign financial market investments, in 2007 Bassem decided to devote the rest of his life to investing in global leadership multiplication. Thus, he with three other Egyptian partners founded Aspire with the mission of: “Building Leaders, Transforming Nations”.

And since 2009, Bassem became a member of the leadership team of a global leadership movement in over 200 countries using the universal language of sports in transforming people’s lives and building influential leaders.

Mr, Emad completed his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A), Management Consultancy in 2014 from the University of Wales.

In 2020 Bassem was certified in the field of Future Thinking and Forecasting Skills from the Institute for the Future. And in early 2021, he was certified as a Mental Health Coach.

Bassem has extensive experience in supporting individuals and teams in leadership development and teamwork; his expertise also lies in being an executive coach, consultant, trainer and facilitator, Strategic and Project Planning, Performance Management, Entrepreneurship, Consulting, Product Management, Business Strategy, Change Management, Management Consulting, Product Innovation, Corporate Culture Transformation, and Leadership Pipeline.

During the last 15 years, Bassem has delivered training programs in these different areas of expertise. That is in addition to a lot of public speeches in many countries inspiring business leaders to work towards their purpose in life.

Mr. Emad is also a board member of different startups including Aspire’s branches in South Africa and Uzbekistan.
